Front End Loader Operators

• 50-hour work weeks with Saturday shifts

Fetch Recruitment are looking for experienced Front End Loader Operators to join multiple projects on a large-scale quarry, civil and bulk earthwork sites across Melbourne. 

You'll be responsible for:

• Safe and efficient operation of front end loaders
• Loading trucks, stockpiling materials, and general material handling
• Supporting earthworks, drainage, and site preparation tasks
• Routine cleaning and maintenance of your machine
• Working closely with supervisors to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years' experience operating front end loaders in civil, quarry, or bulk earthworks environments
• Current RII Front End Loader ticket and White Card
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
• Availability to work 5–6 days per week, including overtime + night-shift when required
• Strong recent references
