  • Manage product detail page layouts, category pages, search configurations, and cart/checkout flows

Integration & Data Flow:

  • Ensure seamless integration between OCC and Oracle EBS for order processing, pricing, and inventory visibility
  • Collaborate with the PDH team to ensure accurate product attributes and images flow to OCC
  • Work with middleware or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) team to troubleshoot integration errors and support data sync
  • Support connections between OCC and other tools (e.g., CPQ, Tax engines, Payment Gateways)

System Support & Enhancements:

  • Manage day-to-day OCC administration including roles, access, catalogs, and configuration updates
  • Test and deploy new OCC releases, patches, and feature enhancements
  • Support digital marketing teams on promotions, banners, and personalized content rollout
  • Develop and maintain user guides, help with documentation, and training content for internal stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with product managers, customer service, sales ops, and commercial leads to enhance the digital sales experience
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies to support OCC-related stories and epics
  • Coordinate with QA on test script creation and regression testing for OCC-related functionality
  • Work closely with backend ERP team to align front-end behavior with fulfillment logic

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle PDH, Product Master, or similar master data management systems
  • Strong understanding of product hierarchy, item templates, catalogs, and governance workflows
  • Experience integrating PDH with Oracle EBS (Inventory, BOM, Item Master, OM modules)
  • Proven ability to write functional requirements, perform data validations, and resolve data integrity issues
  • Ability to partner with both technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve cross-system issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Travel Requirements:

Desired Characteristics:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Oracle Cloud Commerce (OCC) or other eCommerce platforms
  • Strong front-end development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) within a low-code configuration environment
  • Working knowledge of OCC widgets, layout structures, design studio, and administrative tools
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS integration points (pricing, order management, inventory)
  • Experience with B2B storefront setup, customer segmentation, and digital catalog management
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
