Front-End Sales Associate

About the Position

Tablet Works is an independent, full-service pharmacy at Brookfield Place that brings together pharmacy care, wellness services, professional skincare, supplements, and a curated retail assortment.

We're seeking experienced Front-End Sales Associates with strong retail sales skills and an interest in skincare and premium retail products. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role covering retail sales, personalized product recommendations, customer service, merchandising, and day-to-day front-end operations.

The ideal candidate is a confident salesperson who can turn a thoughtful conversation into the right recommendation and sale. We value relationship-building and repeat business over high-pressure selling.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients, understand their needs, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Drive skincare and retail sales through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, sampling, follow-up, and ongoing client relationships.
• Manage front-end customer service, checkout, appointments, and client inquiries.
• Maintain professional displays, testers, merchandising, and replenishment.
• Identify product and assortment opportunities based on client requests and sales activity.
• Participate in brand events, product launches, and corporate or community wellness events.
• Work with pharmacists and refer clinical or medication-related questions to them.
• Learn and support additional Tablet Works services and programs through ongoing training.
• Maintain a polished, organized front-end environment.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience required; skincare or beauty sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to engage customers, recommend products, and close sales.
• Knowledge of skincare products, brands, ingredients, and routines is highly desirable.
• Background in beauty, premium retail, pharmacy, or wellness is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build repeat business.
• Excellent communication skills, professional presentation, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning new products, services, and technology.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable weekend availability required.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25.00 per hour.
• Full-time and part-time positions available, approximately 16–40 hours per week depending on the position.
