Front End Supervisor

T&T Supermarket is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Front End Supervisor to support daily front-end operations in San Jose. This role oversees cashier activities, assists customers, supports team members, and helps ensure accurate and efficient checkout operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support front-end cashiers and associates.
• Monitor checkout operations and maintain efficient customer flow.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and service issues professionally.
• Assist with cash handling, register procedures, and transaction accuracy.
• Train and coach front-end team members as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area.
• Follow company policies for cash management and loss prevention.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth store operations.

Requirements

• Previous retail, cashier, or customer-service experience.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced supermarket environment.
• Strong attention to detail and cash-handling accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
