Front End Supervisor

WE’RE HIRING: FRONT END SUPERVISOR – TILLS
Freshpoint Supermarket | North Beach, Durban

Honesty and integrity are our first and most important requirements. We seek a responsible, hands-on supervisor to lead our cashiers and ensure accurate, efficient and friendly checkout service.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise cashiers, till coverage, breaks and customer queues.
• Oversee floats, cash handling and cash-ups, ensuring accurate reconciliation.
• Control refunds, voids and discounts within authorised limits.
• Report shortages, discrepancies and suspicious activity immediately.
• Train cashiers and enforce till procedures and customer-service standards.
• Keep the checkout area clean, organised and secure.

Requirements: Previous retail cashier supervisory experience, strong numeracy, attention to detail and firm, fair leadership. Must be reliable, accountable and available for shifts, weekends and public holidays. ARCH POS experience is advantageous.

Pay: Up to R7 500,00 per month
