Front End Systems Officer | Libis, QC

Drive operational excellence by leading cashier training, supporting POS systems, ensuring policy compliance, and assisting in cashiering-related projects. This role serves as a key link between store operations, system implementation, and cashier performance to deliver accurate, efficient, and customer-focused transaction experiences.

• Lead training and certification programs for Cashiers and Sales Associates on POS systems and cashiering processes.
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, competency checks, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct testing and validation of new POS systems, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure operational readiness.
• Support the implementation and rollout of cashiering systems, process improvements, and technology initiatives.
• Serve as the first point of contact for cashiering-related operational concerns and user support.
• Cascade, enforce, and continuously improve cashiering policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Conduct compliance audits and spot checks to ensure adherence to cashiering controls and risk management practices.
• Assist in cashiering-related projects, benchmarking activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a graduate of a four-year course, preferably Business or any related course.
• Must have prior cashiering experience of at least 3 years
• Must be willing to work onsite
• Must be willing to travel
