Key responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates, and oversees end-to-end POS system implementations, including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management
- Acts as the main liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
- Manages configuration, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of POS systems across multiple locations to ensure functionality and compliance
- Maintains documentation, report progress to management, and drive process improvements based on project outcomes and lessons learned
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any business-related course
- Relevant experience in project management
- Experience in retail industry is preferred but not required
