Front-End Team Leader (Angular)

Main Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Front-End Software Engineers.
• Actively participate in the design and development of web applications using Angular.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions to complex development challenges.
• Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to the technical design of software solutions.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, maintainability, performance, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and promote best practices across the development team.
• Coordinate development activities and support the team in meeting project goals and deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with Back-End Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for technical improvements and contribute to the continuous development of the team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Front-End development , including significant experience with Angular.
• Previous experience in a technical leadership or team coordination role .
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Web Standards.
• Excellent knowledge of Angular and its ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of component-based architecture, reusable components, and modern Front-End design patterns.
• Experience developing Single Page Applications (SPAs) and integrating RESTful JSON APIs.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, clean code, and best practices.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with modern build tools and CI/CD processes.
• Good understanding of application performance optimization and debugging.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.

Plus

• Knowledge of C# and the .NET / .NET Core ecosystem.
• Experience with at least one more JavaScript frameworks e.g Vue.js, React.
• Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of Docker / Docker Compose.
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Front-End architecture and large-scale enterprise applications.
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases.
