Front House Manager

The Front of House Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for guests and staff alike. This position encompasses overseeing daily operations, managing front-of-house staff, and maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality. • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Train, mentor, and manage front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment.

• Oversee guest interactions to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area in accordance with health and safety regulations.

• Implement property management best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

• Assist with administrative tasks related to scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.

• Support event planning and execution as needed, ensuring all details are managed effectively.

*Requirements*

• Proven experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with property management systems is an advantage.

• Background in administrative roles or personal assistance is beneficial.

• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.

• Previous experience in childcare settings can be advantageous for understanding guest needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
