Front Line Associate

1. Handle customer remittance, telegraphic transfer, electronic transfer, and foreign exchange transactions.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries and complaints.
3. Promote and cross-sell company products and services to customers.
4. Perform branch operational activities and maintain daily transaction records.
5. Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and internal operational policies.
6. Support branch sales initiatives and achieve assigned business targets.
7. Assist in branch opening and closing activities and work in rotational shifts.
8. Maintain high standards of customer confidentiality and service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
2. 1–6 years of experience in an Exchange House, Banking, Financial Institution, or Customer Service environment.
3. Experience handling customer complaints and service requests.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Good computer proficiency and typing speed.
6. Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per business requirements.
