Summary

Dizario Search is working with a client in the Tupelo area looking to add to their growing team. This person will lead a production team to meet daily production goals while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop production employees.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor production schedules and performance.
• Enforce safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Maintain production records, reports, timecards, and attendance.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing or production leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety, quality control, and continuous improvement (Kaizen).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office and JD Edwards experience preferred.
• Ability to read measurements, use measurement tools, and lift up to 50 pounds.
