FRONT MANAGER

Lead the retail visibility, brand image, and in-store merchandising initiatives to strengthen brand presence and ensure compliance with company standards.

Secure and negotiate high-visibility retail locations, with a focus on top-tier malls and strategic dealer locations.

Management of the fixture maintenance, repairs, and store display upgrades to ensure functional, safe, and visually appealing retail environments.

Coordination with regional Persons-in-Charge (PICs) to identify display improvement opportunities and implement merchandising enhancements.

Collaborate closely with merchandising teams to execute effective in-store display strategies and promotional campaigns.

Management of the budgets for retail front projects, including planning, allocation, cost control, and expenditure monitoring.

Prepare, review, and coordinate contracts/related documentation with internal stakeholders, dealers, and external vendors.

Oversee Zero Front Management by ensuring all deployed retail furniture and display assets contribute to sell-out performance and return of investment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to align operational, visual merchandising, and marketing initiatives.

Coordinate with contractors on design requirements, project execution, and cost negotiations for retail furniture and store fixtures.

Manage the procurement and distribution of security alarms, promotional materials, and retail props sourced from headquarters, ensuring timely deployment across stores.
