Syberg's Family of Restaurants is looking for a FOH Manager as we grow our company. We are looking for a highly motivated, hardworking and dependable individual who wants to work as part of a management team with like-minded people.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 year Front of House Supervisory experience in a service oriented restaurant.
• Maximize front of house performance while maintaining quality service in a fun and casual environment
• Strong service mindset and ablility to multitask.
• Trustworthiness to execute opening & closing procedures, including cash handling & drops
• Manage a team of front of house staff including scheduling, training, and general supervision
• Balancing of all daily and nightly cash drawers and POS
• Inventory and maintenance of par levels for front of house items and those used within the Syberg's
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employees
• Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards in their area
• Assist with catering function management
• Handle guest complaints according to provided guidelines
• Work closely with the Back of House Manager to provide a seamless experience
• Responsible for quality assurance of product
• Follow the procedures for HR and Accounting, and doing so in a timely manner.

We need someone who will enjoy working in a fun environment while managing our team, interacting with customers and maintaining a clean environment.

• Mobility required during the entire shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
