Job Overview

We are looking for reliable, friendly, and fast Front of House Team Members to join us as we open our first brick-and-mortar location.

Our ideal team member takes pride in providing great customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and working together with the team to ensure each shift runs smoothly. We are looking for people who are willing to learn, take initiative, and genuinely want to be part of a growing small business.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Accurately take orders and operate our POS system.
• Prepare smoothies, salad bowls, wraps, and other menu items according to our standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area.
• Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work efficiently and communicate well with customers and team members.
• Help wherever needed to keep the shift running smoothly.

Requirements

• Reliable and dependable.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to learn and operate a POS system.
• Able to follow recipes, instructions, and food-safety procedures.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Training & Pay

Starting pay is $18/hour, plus tips. All new team members begin with a paid introductory training period. During this period, we'll provide hands-on training and evaluate performance and overall fit for the role. Continued employment will be determined upon completion of the training period

Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
