Join our Front of House team at The Ufford Crown

Great food. A welcoming team. A pub to be proud of.

The Ufford Crown is a popular gastro pub with an excellent reputation for freshly prepared food and warm, welcoming service. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our Front of House team.

If you enjoy meeting people, take pride in looking after guests and love being part of a motivated team, we’d love to hear from you.

What we offer:

• Great pay plus tips.
• 16–30 hours per week, with the majority of hours worked during evenings and weekends.
• Mondays and Tuesdays off, when the pub is closed.
• A friendly, supportive team who care about what they do.
• Opportunities for additional hours and progression in the future.

What you’ll bring:

At least one year’s Front of House experience is essential, along with a warm personality, good communication skills and a reliable, positive approach. You’ll enjoy making guests feel at home and helping service run smoothly, even when things get busy.

You must be available to work evenings and weekends, as these will make up the majority of your hours.
