Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries or reservations appropriately
• Assist guests with inquiries about services, amenities, or local attractions in multiple languages as needed
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth flow of operations and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly, demonstrating patience and problem-solving skills
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to uphold a welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality settings preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
• Strong guest service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and customer service best practices is a plus
• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or similar roles is advantageous but not mandatory
