Overview of Role

The FOH is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing milkshakes and beverages, and assisting with food tray assembly and service. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every customer.
• Prepare milkshakes and other specialty beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with assembling and serving food trays to customers.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow store standards and procedures.
• Prior food service or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
