Job Overview
As a Front of House team member, you’ll create a welcoming first impression and help guests enjoy a smooth, positive experience. You’ll support day-to-day hospitality operations and respond to guest needs with care and professionalism.
Duties
- Welcome guests, answer questions and provide attentive guest services.
- Handle enquiries in person and by telephone, using clear, courteous phone etiquette.
- Support bookings, arrivals and other front-of-house tasks, keeping information accurate.
- Work with colleagues to maintain an organised, welcoming environment.
- Your impact: Thoughtful, timely assistance helps guests feel valued and enables the team to deliver a consistently welcoming experience.
Experience
- A friendly, professional approach and strong communication skills are important.
- Hospitality or guest services experience is useful.
- Hotel experience is welcome but not essential.
- Multilingual or bilingual communication skills are an advantage.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
