Front of House Coordinator

We are looking for an organised, professional, and friendly Front of House Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our office and provide excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting clients and visitors and maintaining a professional reception area.
• Managing telephone calls, post, refreshments, scanning, and photocopying
• Handling general client enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member or adviser.
• Booking and coordinating client appointments.
• Preparing and issuing client packs for meetings.
• Updating and maintaining accurate client information within Salesforce.

About You

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Professional, friendly, and client-focused approach.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is desirable.

What We Offer

• Part-time role with flexible working hours

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Financial services: 1 year (preferred)
