Front-of-House Crew (Store Crew)

About the role

We are seeking a Front-of-House Crew (Store Crew) to join our team at Park Avenue Desserts. This is a full-time position based in Magallanes, Makati City, Metro Manila. As Front-of-House Crew, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to our guests whilst maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for the overall customer satisfaction through proper execution of the customer service work process like order taking, order preparation, serving customers, and cashiering.

Key responsibilities:

• Contribute to achieving store sales targets through suggestive selling, taking orders, answering product inquiries, making recommendations, and serving food and beverages.
• Execute marketing and operational strategies such as planogram compliance, merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Perform cashiering duties while ensuring proper monitoring of returns and discounts within set targets.
• Ensure inventory accuracy in both physical and system records, monitor stock movement including returns, and act as custodian to prevent stockouts or expired items.
• Conduct daily store inspections, maintain cleanliness, and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement cost-efficient and cost-saving measures to optimize available resources in store operations.
• Provide timely updates on retail store and trade area status during major and minor events to the Retail Operations Supervisor.
• Maintain food safety through strict compliance with good manufacturing practices.
• Monitor and control returns, discounts, and inventory movements to ensure proper management and compliance with targets.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support overall store operations.

What we're looking for:

• At least college level or a vocational graduate, preferably with a specialization in Food and Beverage, Restaurant Services, or a related field.
• With at least 1 year of relevant work experience in the food and beverage, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, including encoding and transaction processing.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
