Front Of House Manager- Dublin

Front of House Manager Location: UK & Ireland based in Dublin

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with flexibility for overtime as required.

An exciting new role with Rapport Are you an experienced Front of House leader who enjoys leading teams, building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a Front of House Manager to oversee Reception Services across our UK & Ireland sites. You’ll take ownership of daily operations, lead and develop teams, manage key stakeholders and ensure consistently high service standards across the region. What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee the day-to-day Front of House operation across UK & Ireland.
• Lead, motivate and develop reception teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional experiences for VIP and high-profile visitors.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Oversee rotas, holidays, team cover and operational requirements.
• Support events and wider business initiatives.
• Produce management reports and monitor service performance.
• Step in for the Reception Manager UK & Ireland when required.

• Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
