Front of House Manager/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Server / Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

The job would consist of 1-2 serving shifts per week and 2-4 Manager Shifts per week. Days are flexible. This position holds the opportunity to take over events and catering with additional commission available, based on performance.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist with inventory control by reporting low stock levels of supplies to management.
• Participate in training sessions for new staff members as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant service and management is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of restaurant management practices, including kitchen operations and culinary techniques.
• Familiarity with banquet service is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory control processes is beneficial.
• A background in budgeting or financial management within a restaurant setting is advantageous but not required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
