Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements or reservations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including setting up stations and replenishing supplies
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including catering options, to answer guest questions confidently
• Ensure food safety standards are upheld by following proper handling and sanitation procedures
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and process payments promptly
• Preparing specialty coffee drinks as required
• Keep the front of house area tidy, organized, and inviting for guests at all times

Experience

• Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality roles is highly preferred
• Familiarity with catering services, serving techniques, and food presentation standards
• Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to prepare beverages professionally
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is an advantage
• Experience working in fast-paced environments where multitasking is essential
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20.0 per week
