Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive in-person customer service that exceeds expectations
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring swift service delivery
• Serve food and drinks professionally, maintaining proper presentation standards in line with fine dining expectations
• Support food preparation tasks when needed, including basic food handling and ensuring adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and service stations, following cleaning protocols
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while processing payments securely and accurately
• Assist with food safety management by following proper procedures for handling dietary restrictions and allergen awareness
• Operate kitchen equipment safely when assisting with light food prep or catering setups during events or banquets
• Uphold food safety standards through proper sanitization, storage, and handling practices in accordance with health regulations
• Support team members during busy periods by managing weight handling tasks and supporting catering or banquet services as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality environments preferred; fine dining experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling protocols
• Ability to operate POS systems accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions
• Basic math skills for managing bills, change, and order calculations
• Experience with wine knowledge or beverage service is advantageous
• Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and supporting food preparation tasks
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights safely, and perform manual handling tasks comfortably
• Previous banquet or catering experience is beneficial but not required; training provided on the job
• A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
