Front of House Staff

The Role

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and flexible person to join our front-of-house team on a permanent basis. You will welcome members and visitors, help deliver food and beverage service, and support the day-to-day running of the clubhouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors with a friendly, professional approach
• Take orders and serve food and drinks
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Support day-to-day clubhouse operations
• Handle payments using the till system
• Open and close the clubhouse, following the relevant procedures
• Confidently manage the bar independently when required
• Follow health and safety and hygiene procedures

About You

Applicants must be aged 18 or over. Previous hospitality or bar experience is preferred. You will bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, good attention to detail and a friendly, approachable manner.

• Confidence working independently, including evening closing shifts
• Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Willingness to work both opening and closing shifts

Working Hours

• Additional hours during busy periods, particularly throughout the golf season and over events
• Variable shifts across weekdays, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Flexibility is essential to meet the operational needs of the clubhouse

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
