Are you an experienced and enthusiastic leader with a passion for exceptional customer service? South Sands Hotel is looking for a dynamic Front of House Supervisor to join our team!

Position: Front of House Supervisor
Hours: Full or Part-Time (including weekends & Bank Holidays)
Pay: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour (including service)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring a excellent standard of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Supervise and motivate the front of house team, providing guidance and support
• Manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Assist with staff induction, training and development
• Maintain a clean and organised front of house area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and possible split shifts
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
