Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Supervisor to lead our hospitality team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this dynamic role, you will oversee event operations front of house, manage team members and uphold the highest standards of service, food safety, and hospitality.

Duties

• Supervise our front of house staff including service staff and bartenders to deliver outstanding service.
• Coordinate daily service operations, ensuring smooth flow and timely food and beverage delivery.
• Monitor guest interactions to ensure high levels of hospitality and resolve any issues promptly.
• Oversee food safety practices, food production standards, and cleanliness in the dining area.
• Lead team management activities such as training, scheduling and motivating staff.

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production and kitchen operations.
• Ability to lead with enthusiasm, demonstrate leadership qualities and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in a hospitality environment including weddings, corporate and private events.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.

Pay: From £16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 48.0 per week
