Front of House Team Member

In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing friendly, efficient service while managing food and beverage orders with precision. Whether handling food preparation, operating POS systems, or maintaining a clean workspace, your contribution will be vital to creating a lively, inviting atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Manage customer orders efficiently.
• Prepare espresso based items following safety and sanitation standards, ensuring quality and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including food handling areas, counters, and dining spaces
• Operate kitchen equipment safely for food preparation tasks and assist with basic food handling duties
• Ensure compliance with food safety management practices, sanitation protocols, and health regulations
• Support team members during peak hours by assisting with quick service tasks and customer inquiries
• Keep espresso bar area organized, stocked, and inviting for guests at all times

Experience

• Previous experience in restaurant environments is highly desirable, as well as barista knowledge
• Experience in food preparation, food handling, or café settings is preferred
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and operating kitchen equipment is advantageous

Pay: $6.75 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 27.0 per week
