1. Front Office

a. Check the guests in and out.

b. Attend to guest needs, concerns, or complaints.

c. Create and update Guest List.

d. Update guest details in Xenia.

e. Ensure that guests fill up the guest comment form upon check-out.

f.  Assist tour guides and drivers for the tours and transfers booked for the day.

g. Collect payment from guest for the charges incurred.

1. Travel and Tours

a. Upsell travel and tours to guests.

b. Create tour vouchers and have the guests sign the latter.

**c.**Ensure that the guests leave on time for the tour and that the tour guide is also on time.

1. Transportation

a. Upsell transportation.

b. Prepare transportation schedule for the next day.

c. Assist drivers for their needs like diesel PO, and guest signage/placard.

d. Inform drivers for any flight changes of the guests.

1. Night Audit

a. Balance all the sales of the resort including restaurant and rooms.

b. Conduct night rounds and create night report to be submitted to the FO Supervisor.

c. Create summary report of the day’s transactions such as tours, transfers, nationality, and breakdown of rooms.

d. Send cancellation report of the card verification to BDO.

e. Prepare all the necessary paperwork for the next day’s operations.

f. Update nationality and guest email report.

g. Conduct a final check of the day like Guest List, system for updates, cash and card sales.
