Front Office Agent for a prestigious hotel in Mykonos.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Front Office Agent or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, FIDELIO) is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
