Front Office Agent at KOA by Kyma New York, located in the beautiful island of Paros .

Requirements As a Front Office Agent, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude during check-in and check-out processes
• Managing reservations, handling inquiries, and providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities
• Processing payments and verifying guest identification according to hotel policy
• Assisting guests with requests, offering concierge services including booking transportation and recommending local attractions
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent guest satisfaction
• Maintaining a tidy front desk area and ensuring all front office procedures adhere to hotel policies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
• Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, FIDELIO) is preferred
• Customer-focused approach with a friendly disposition
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
