Front Office and Administration Executive

Job highlights

• The ideal candidate should hold a Graduate Degree in Commerce / Arts / Management,and be fluent in communicating in English,Hindi and Marathi and must have an experience using Microsoft Office (especially outlook) and Google ecosystem (mail and calendar) with at least 2 years and a maximum of 5 years work experience in a similar role . .

• The Job Role will primarily be responsible to handle the front office and administration responsibilities end to end in which it shall include but are not limited to;

• Call management using EPBAX machine, guest relations, front office management, In-office communication, vendor management for all administrative and HR vendors

• As a roadmap of growth for the role, the candidate shall be trained on recruitment and employee cycle management in the first 24 months of career with the Organization
