Front Office and Insurance Coordinator

Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
Schedule and confirm appointments, optimizing the daily schedule for efficiency
Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
Handle patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone
Maintain patient records and update information as needed
Manage the patient billing process and collect payments
Maintain a clean and organized front office area
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Create and present treatment plans as needed
Collect copays and manage accounts receivables

Requirements:
Dental experience serving in a variety of front office roles
Patient-service oriented person
General understanding of how to productively schedule, actively develops patient retention, patient reactivation
Exceptional communication skills—both conversationally and written—with the ability to present and convert treatment plans. Spanish speaking a PLUS
Proficiency in PPO insurance, billing, and collections
At least 4 years of experience working in the Front Office in a dental practice
Deep understanding of dental insurance benefits
Financial and analytical skills with attention to details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
