Front Office & Reservations Agent

To host the guest journey from first enquiry through reservation, arrival, stay and farewell. The role combines accurate reservation and cashiering administration with intuitive Front Office service, converting guest preferences into thoughtful preparation while protecting rate, inventory, data and the authentic character of AlBalad Hotels. The role is the main ambassador of the Origo Collection and the ultimate host and storyteller.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experiences & Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in hotel reception, reservations, or guest relations preferred.

Experience with PMS/reservation systems and payment processing.

Good Arabic and English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and guest-service skills.

Professional, discreet, culturally sensitive, and able to work calmly under pressure.

Willingness to learn about AlBalad, local culture, and Origo Collection history.
