Front Office Assistant

Therapedia’s Mission:

Therapedia, LLC is seeking a kind, welcoming, and organized team member to represent our Keller pediatric therapy clinic. This role is the friendly face at our front desk, greeting families with a smile and helping keep our clinic running smoothly.

Previous experience in a front desk or medical office setting is a plus but not required. We’re happy to train the right person who brings a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients and families and checking them in.
• Answering and routing incoming phone calls.
• Scheduling appointments for a multi-therapist team.
• Completing patient intake paperwork.
• Communicating with referral sources and clinic team members.
• Accepting and processing patient payments.
• Verifying insurance benefits.
