We are looking for a friendly and service minded Front Office Assistant to welcome guests and support our daily front desk operations. As one of the first people guests meet, you will represent the resort and help create a positive impression throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide helpful, professional customer service.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to enquiries and assist with guest requests.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest needs promptly.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by maintaining our service and presentation standards.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in front office, hospitality or customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable using computers and learning hotel systems.
• A positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping guests.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
