Front Office Assistant

The role You'll join the Front Office team, reporting to the Front Office Manager and the CEO. Your job is to give customers, sales reps and distributors fast, clear follow-up. You'll also make sure every order reaches the Administration team complete and properly documented. What you'll do

• Handle and log incoming requests from email, the website and messaging apps, giving each one an owner and a next step in our management system.
• Manage leads from the website and Material Bank, and assign them to the right sales rep or distributor.
• Coordinate sample shipments to prospective customers and follow each request through to closure.
• Keep customers, sales reps and distributors updated on deliveries and schedules.
• Take in claims and showroom issues, gather the information needed and escalate when appropriate.
• Check that new customer and new order data is complete before handing it over to Administration.
• Support trade shows and events: registrations, paperwork, agendas, samples, catalogs, and logging contacts and leads afterwards.
• Adnministrative Strategy policies development and implementation in colation with the Top Management Team
