Front Office Assistant (Senior)

We are looking for a Senior Front Office Assistant who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a dynamic hotel environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and courteously
• Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Guide team, support shift scheduling and assist with on-the-job training
• Maintain accurate guest records and room status in the system
• Uphold hotel standards and provide exceptional guest experience

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years' experience as Front Office Assistant
• Experience handling tough guest complaints calmly and professionally
• Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (other languages are an advantage)
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Experience in IDB System is an added advantage
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
