Front Office Associate- BGC

Duties

• Report to work consistently on time, dressed and groomed appropriately.
• Greet guests upon entering the branch cordially, making an effort to learn and use proper names.
• Respond immediately to the service needs in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Maintain a current knowledge of all services and The Spa Wellness membership information.
• Provide current and accurate information regarding The Spa Wellness’ services, Barre3 classes, and Skin services.
• Operate telephone equipment using proper telephone etiquette at all times.
• Operate computer (POS) and cash drawer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, HRM, Hospitality Management, Business Management or any related course.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• At least 1 year of working experience in the same capacity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have numerical competence.
• Newcomers are welcome to apply
• Willing to be assigned in BGC
• Can start immediately
