Front Office Associate

There’s always something to handle at the front desk and you’ll be right in the middle of it.

We’re hiring a Front Office Associate in Charlotte, NC to welcome visitors, answer calls, and help with everyday office needs. As a Front Office Associate, you’ll be one of the first people customers and visitors interact with, so we’re looking for someone approachable, dependable, and comfortable working with people.

This Front Office Associate role is a great starting point for someone who is professional, organized, and ready to learn.

What you’ll take care of

• Welcome visitors and assist with basic questions
• Answer calls and direct them to the right person
• Keep the front desk and reception area organized
• Schedule appointments or meetings when needed
• Receive and sort mail, packages, and deliveries
• Help with basic filing, data entry, and office tasks
• Support the team with everyday administrative needs
