Front Office Associate

• Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel PMS software IDS.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Positive attitude with strong guest handling skills.
• Prior hotel experience preferred.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update PMS software regularly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance departments for guest requirements.
• Handle cash, card, and online payment transactions accurately.
• Answer telephone calls and provide correct information to guests.
• Ensure lobby and reception area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Upsell hotel rooms and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Assist guests with local information, transportation, and other support services.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Follow hotel policies, SOPs, grooming, and service standards strictly.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
