Front Office Associate

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our Front Office Receptionist. Have at least one year of hotel front desk experience and are interested in providing friendly, efficient service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries both in-person and over the phone
Maintain accurate guest records and process payments using the PMS
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Manage guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
Uphold the hotel's standards of service and professionalism at all times
Qualifications & Skills:

BHM

Minimum of 1 year experience in front office or guest service role in hospitality
Proficiency in hotel software/PMS (e.g., IDS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional grooming and a pleasant demeanor
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
