About the Role:

You are the first face and the last impression. We need a dynamic, polished Front Office Agent who can handle a check-in rush with a calm smile and a sold-out night with grace. If you are a people-person who thrives under pressure, this is your stage.

What You’ll Do:

• Check guests in/out efficiently using [PMS Name, e.g., Opera].
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
• Resolve guest complaints with empathy and quick thinking.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room status.
• Balance cash drawer and run end-of-shift reports.

What We Require:

• 2+ years of front desk experience in a hotel (brand experience preferred).
• Proficiency in hotel PMS software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written English; second language preferred.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during high volume.
• Flexible schedule including overnight shifts.
