Position: Front Office Staff – Hotel

Reports To: Front Office Manager / Duty Manager
Job Location: Hotel Sugar, Maradu ,Ernakulam.
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Front Office Staff is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations, answering guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant guest experience. The role requires excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in a hotel front office is preferred; freshers may also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent guest-handling skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of English and local languages; additional languages are an advantage.
