Front Office Associate (Weekend) PT

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Front Office Associate to join our ministry! In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for crisis calls, resident needs, and visitors. Your expertise in nonprofit, faith based ministries will be essential. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills to foster positive interactions, and support staff.

This is a Part Time position. Hours are 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Saturday and Sunday totaling 18 hours.

Duties

• Answers phones and answer questions about the Genesis Center North Texas ministry
• Meet the needs of night time residents (see hours below)
• Distributes pre-filled medications
• Maintains resident schedules
• Demonstrates computer proficiency
• Performs various duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must possess high school diploma or GED

• Must have a desire for faith-based shelters and be able to multitask
• Must be able to navigate during crisis situation
• Must have excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
• Must be able to pass a background check and random drug testing
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must conduct herself in a professional manner with appropriate language as we are a Christian environment and must possess appropriate behavior with a positive attitude
