Front Office Captain

FINNS Beach Club is seeking a Front Office Captain who thrives on delivering world-class guest experiences and leading dynamic hospitality teams in a high-energy resort and beach club environment. Your core focus will be managing daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, leading a team of hosts with enthusiasm, and going above and beyond to deliver unforgettable service to guests from around the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their stay, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Supervise and train front office staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development
• Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and billing processes, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
• Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to coordinate guest services and resolve any issues
• Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of front office transactions and prepare reports as needed for management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in front office operations or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in hotel management software (VHP, Opera, Micros) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
