- Conducting efficient check-in and check-out procedures, accurately processing guest information and payment details
- Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services
- Managing room reservations, maintaining accurate booking records, and communicating with housekeeping and other departments
- Handling guest complaints and concerns with empathy and resolution-focused approaches, escalating issues when necessary
- Processing payments, managing the cash register, and maintaining financial accuracy and security protocols
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front desk area and public spaces
- Co-ordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Providing local recommendations and arranging services such as transportation, dining reservations, and activity bookings
- Operating the hotel property management system and other relevant technology platforms accurately and efficiently
