We are looking for a Front Office team member who is friendly, professional, service-oriented, and passionate about creating a welcoming experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional manner
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests
• Provide accurate information about our facilities, services, and promotions
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Handle guest feedback and assist in resolving concerns
• Maintain excellent service standards throughout the guest journey

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Hospitality is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Good command of English
• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
