Front Office Staff for THE SOKO (Pecatu)

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
2. Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures
3. Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
4. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
5. Handling guest complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism
6. Ensuring the front desk area and lobby are well-presented and organised
7. Collaborating with other departments to provide a seamless guest experience

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
4. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
5. Ability to work well in a team and independently
6. Flexible and adaptable to handle the demands of a dynamic work environment
7. A passion for delivering exceptional guest service
