- Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office (hotel/resort preferred)
- Good communication skills (basic English required)
- Friendly, honest & disciplined
- Able to work in a team
- Willing to work shifts
- Good understanding of guest service standards
🔹 Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in & check-out process
- Assist guest requests professionally
- Provide excellent guest service
- Support daily Front Office operations
- Maintain resort service standards
